We were delighted by the generous donation of essential toiletries and non-perishable food supplies organized by a former international volunteer, received on 10 September 2026. While now working at the Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg (DSJ), she inspired students and staff to run a donation drive for the mothers and children in our care.
For the most vulnerable women and children seeking a safe and secure environment at Bienvenu Shelter, access to nutritional food and hygiene is very important for healing and dignity. These items directly supports our residents mothers and their children, as well as the children attending the Mother Assunta Baby Room and Lovely Bears Crèche.
